Prayer Requests & Answers

I believe in the power of prayer and I’ve been seen prayers answered both in my own life and the lives of those around me. I’d like to start a list of prayer requests and a list of answered prayers.
If you have a prayer request please enter it in the comments. If you’d prefer to have the request made anonymously you can use the contact form and I’ll post the request for you without giving your name. If you have a request that is answered please share that information the same way and it will be a witness to others of God’s awesome love.
James 5:13-16 “Is any of you in trouble? He should pray. Is anyone happy? Let him sing songs of praise. Is any one of you sick? He should call the elders of the church to pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise him up. If he has sinned, he will be forgiven. Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of the righteous man is powerful and effective.”

I love this! I am new to blogging and have been visiting various sites. This is my favorite one. You have an excellent way of getting your message to people in way that is simple yet powerful at the same time.
I would like to request a prayer for my father. He suffers from severe depression. This is a very misunderstood but serious illness that can have terrible consequences. He has been having a very difficult time recently, sleeping for days at a time, etc. Medication eases it somewhat but it seems to get worse with age, harder to manage. I would greatly appreciate everyone's prayers.

I pray he gets some relief soon and the doctors find the right medication or combimation of meds.
